BEWARE ,THEY STEAL YOUR $$$

I was on Heygen,com I was trying to upgrade my plan which was $288 for an annual subscription. I was brought to another page, I put my cc info in ,I received an email with a receipt for $410 for Imagine art, I have no clue what this site was, I called AMEX immediately and disputed the charge, they stated it might have been an add that came up about the time I was subscribing, I emailed customer support within an hour of the transaction, I explained what I believe happened, They emailed me back this morning stating they will not refund my money, THIS COMPANY HAS ZERO INTEGRITY,THEY WILL NOT WIN,I HAVE REPORTED AND DISPUTED THIS CHARGE. SHAME ON YOU THAT YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH OTHER PLATFORMS TO HIJACK BUSINESS.
