Gotta love unethical businesses

Gotta love unethical businesses. I use AI tools for image and video creation on a rare occasion. I signed up on www dot imagine dot art/ for such purpose and because it automatically defaulted to an "Annual" subscription which (my fault) I didn't notice, I ended up paying $115 for an annual subscription. I immediately contacted them and explained the situation. The kept trying to ask me what the problem was with the service and how I was prompting, etc. Long story short, they refused to issue a refund under the premise that it was clearly indicated that it was an annual subscription. I'm disputing it with Capital One but regardless... I promised them that I would share my thoughts far and wide. I hate unethical businesses.
