I gave 1 star for now cause here is because it's been hard to get in touch and get a refund.

I gave 1 star for now cause here is what happened. The site is very misleading I was thinking the way the subscriptions were that the models were cheaper than the original model creators were but realize after one generation they were like 10x more per generated videos that google was charging me. But then I canceled right away after I realized it was way more expensive per generated video so I wrote to them and said I wanted a refund but all I was doing is getting run around emails. I'm not saying the site is a bad site just not what the hype made it out to be. I hope someone will get back to me and give me my refund so I can give a better review for them cause I think the site has potential and could be better and maybe one day be at the top if they do business right and learn by treating their customer's better every company is always going to have people wanting a refund not because they are a bad company but some customers is expecting better when they buy a subscription and realize it's not as good of a deal as they thought.So this is for who ever is in charge or reads this from ImagineArt I would like my refund please and once that is done I will come back and give ya 5 stars and write a better review so please I hope you understand I want to think the better of you than the worst.
