I signed up to their site by mistake…

I signed up to their site by mistake and realised withing minutes I made the mistake. I contacted them and explained that I had not used one single credit and only joined minutes ago. I asked for a refund. They told me to prove I had cancelled then they would begin my refund. I uploaded proof of cancellation. 2 days later they told me I would not get a refund. Terrible service, even worse customer service. I would never recommend this site as there are many out there with decency and respect. Do not trust these people.
