I subscribed to ImagineArt on a $120 monthly plan, but my account was suddenly charged $250 without any prior notification or authorization. There was no warning, no email, and no confirmation that the subscription price would change. Charging customers a higher amount without clear consent is not acceptable. Because of this unexpected charge, I immediately canceled my account and contacted support requesting a full refund. However, I still have not received my refund, which makes the situation even more frustrating.
