Paid $50 for Ultimate – “Unlimited Models” disappeared after 3 days

I subscribed to ImagineArt’s Ultimate plan for $50/month on August 24, 2026, based on the features advertised at the time of purchase, especially “UNLIMITED MODELS.” Unlimited access to AI models was one of the main reasons I decided to purchase this plan. However, only three days after my purchase, the Unlimited/Free Credit option that I had previously seen and used disappeared from the generation interface. I then discovered that the models I expected to use under the Unlimited benefit were deducting credits from my account. For example, Seedance 1.5 Pro was advertised as an Unlimited model under my Ultimate plan, so I expected a generation to be free of credit charges. However, after generating just one video, 152 credits were deducted from my account. I contacted ImagineArt regarding this issue and explained the problem in detail. I also provided screenshots showing the advertised Unlimited Models benefit and the credit deductions. I later submitted a formal refund and cancellation request because the service I received did not match what I understood I was purchasing. My support request is currently #128462684. I have received an automated confirmation that my request was submitted, but I have still not received a substantive response or resolution from the company. I understand that “Unlimited” services may have fair-use policies or other limitations. However, if there are significant daily limits, temporary access periods, or conditions that cause users to consume credits, these limitations should be clearly disclosed before payment, especially when “UNLIMITED MODELS” is presented as a key benefit of the plan. I am not asking for something extra. I am asking ImagineArt to honor the benefits that were presented to me when I paid for the subscription, or provide an appropriate refund. I have kept screenshots, payment information, subscription details, and evidence of the credit deductions. I hope ImagineArt will review this matter seriously and resolve it fairly.
