Predatory Billing Practices Overshadow the Product

While I haven't used Imagine.art's actual tools in two years and cannot speak to their current quality, my experience with their billing system serves as a major cautionary tale. I used the platform exactly once and explicitly did not authorize a recurring membership. Yet, I was subjected to their auto-renewal trap. Their billing practices are entirely predatory and deliberately designed to trick users into unauthorized recurring payments. The auto-renewal "feature" is intentionally obscured at checkout, making it incredibly difficult for a reasonable consumer to understand what they are supposedly agreeing to. It is abundantly clear that Imagine.art’s business model relies not on delivering a good customer experience, but on weaponizing deceptive tactics to milk unsuspecting users for every possible cent. Proceed with extreme caution.
