Pretty much a scam

Pretty much a scam. Manipulative billing first time, charges for a full year without that begin clear. No cooling off period, refused refund. Even though I did not use any of the credits, and even though I fulfilled all the criteria for their own refund terms. Spent months arguing with them via email. They stated they gave me a refund and two separate occasions, but this was a lie. Stated they changed my account settings to prevent me from automatically renewing after a year, another lie. Unable to remove my bank details from the website, so the only option I had left was to close the account and forgo the money they had taken from me. Avoid at all costs, find a better alternative.
