I had a very poor experience with ImagineArt. The platform advertises that you can create realistic product videos, but after properly testing it with correct prompts and images, the results were completely unusable and far from what is promised. I also found the onboarding misleading. It suggests there is a free trial, but in my case I was charged without receiving any meaningful free trial or opportunity to properly evaluate the service. I requested a refund the same day after testing, as the service clearly did not meet expectations. Instead of resolving the issue, I was asked to attend a support call. The meeting was scheduled and confirmed, I joined on time… and no one showed up. Additionally, I was charged for multiple months when I only intended to pay for one. Despite explaining everything and providing evidence, no refund has been issued. I have now escalated the case through my payment provider and am pursuing formal channels. Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to be cautious.
