They call denying a refund a 'goodwill gesture.' This isn't goodwill; it's a Badwill Gesture
I was charged ₩103,949 (approx. $77) for a 3-month subscription on April 2nd. I requested a full refund on the very same day, within just a few hours. I have 0 credits used (8,100/8,100 full balance). :clock3: Timeline of Events Invoice Received : April 2, 2026, 1:25 AM Refund Requested : April 2, 2026, 10:05 AM What followed was not just a refund denial, but a deeply humiliating experience. Their support agent, "Fatima," treated me with such utter contempt that I felt smaller than a child. She used a patronizing and condescending tone, clearly thinking she could talk down to me because of a language barrier. It was degrading. She acted as if she were a queen granting a favor, calling her attempt to stall me a "goodwill gesture." When I stood up for my rights, she turned it against me, making me feel like I was the one doing something wrong. I have never felt so disrespected and belittled by a company in my life. I am now sharing these emails on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. I won't let them humiliate anyone else. I am filing a chargeback immediately. I have posted all the screenshots as evidence on Reddit under the title 'ImagineArt Refund Scam'. Search for it to see their disrespectful emails.
