Unexpected trial conversion and refund…

Unexpected trial conversion and refund refused I signed up for a trial and was later charged $34.50 when it automatically converted to the Standard paid plan. I did not intend to continue with the paid subscription, and I contacted support as soon as I noticed the charge. I canceled the subscription and requested a refund, but my request was refused solely based on the trial conversion policy. I am asking ImagineArt to reconsider this as a one-time courtesy refund and to have a senior billing representative review my case. I do not intend to continue the subscription. I would be happy to update this review if the matter is resolved fairly. I have not used the paid subscription or the credits provided after this charge.
