Very misleading experience — be extremely careful before subscribing. I found ImagineArt while searching for Midjourney AI, and the way it appeared made me think I was accessing Midjourney or a service directly connected to it. Only after using it did I realize it was a completely different platform. I subscribed to the Daily Plan only to test the service. I was not satisfied with the quality, so I cancelled my subscription. Despite cancelling, I was charged again. Even worse, ImagineArt does not send any cancellation confirmation email. After my first cancellation, I received nothing confirming that the subscription had actually been cancelled. After receiving the new charge, I logged back into my account and found that my subscription was still active, even though I had cancelled it the previous day. I cancelled the subscription again for a second time, and once again I received no cancellation confirmation email. This is completely unacceptable for a subscription service. Customers should receive clear confirmation when they cancel, and they should not continue to be charged afterward. My advice is to be extremely careful before subscribing. If you do cancel, take screenshots of every step because you may not receive any confirmation from them. I have now cancelled twice, received no cancellation confirmation email either time, and was charged after my first cancellation. I am requesting a full refund and a clear explanation. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ImagineArt and would strongly advise others to be very cautious before using this platform.
